About Us
Based in London, Watkinson + Cosgrave is a leading chartered building surveying practice with 50 years experience. They offer a range of building surveying services including Design and Specification, Contract Administration, Refurbishment, Party Walls, Building Surveys, Structural Appraisals, Dilapidation's, Condition Surveys, Insurance claims and Expert Witness.
The practice was founded in 1954 by Harold Watkinson on his retirement from the office of District Surveyor for St Pancras and is run solely from Linton House, 39-51 Highgate Road, London NW5 1RT.

Partners
Both Partners, James Cosgrave and John Goedecke are Chartered Building Surveyors and James Cosgrave is also a Chartered Structural Engineer. Peter Sharp is an Associate at the practice and holds a Building Surveying degree.
